Order Journey

After I place my order what will happen next?

To confirm to you that we have received your order you will receive an email to the registered email on the account or your guest account stating AWAITING FULFILMENT. This is confirmation that your order is received by ourselves (you will receive a 6 digit order number e.g. 123487) and is going to be picked within 24 hours.


After my order has been picked?


The order is picked within 24 hours of us receiving your order, you don’t receive an email to confirm this. If there are any problems with an order we will contact you within 24-72 hours via telephone or email.


When will my order be dispatched?


Orders are not dispatched until working day evenings (this is when you will receive tracking details), please do not contact us chasing the dispatch unless we have not adhered to getting the parcel to you the next day (where you have paid for next day delivery). We aim to dispatch free delivery orders within 48 working day hours of Terraces receiving your order (sometimes it is quicker in non sale periods and sometimes slower during busy sale periods and during weekend promotions). If your order has not been dispatched 48/72 working day hours after receiving your email order confirmation please contact us at info@terracesmenswear.co.uk where we will update you with your order details.


What happens once my order is dispatched?


You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched from us, this will contain your tracking details and links to the courier service we have used.


The delivery of your order.


You will receive a text notification from Interlink express and DPD to confirm when your parcel is to be delivered. This is also where you can also alter the delivery to suit your needs. Royal Mail economy delivery can be tracked via your tracking details.
