AVAILABLE FROM OUR HANLEY, STAFFORD AND NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME STORES

When you place your order you now have the option to CLICK AND COLLECT FROM STORE as your shipping method when completing at checkout.

• Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be available for collection within 2/3 working days from the store of your choice after 2pm. You will receive a email confirmation that your order is awaiting pick up, please allow one hour from your email notification before arriving at store.

• Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be ready for collection from store after 2pm on a Wednesday, you will receive email confirmation that your order is awaiting pick up, please allow one hour from your email notification before arriving at store

Please bring identification when collecting your order.

ONCE YOUR PARCEL HAS ARRIVED IN STORE WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION - PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE IN STORE BEFORE RECEIVING THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE READY.
